When is the main stage going to close? This will all depend on the kind of show is being performed and the arrangement done with the head of the event. Most of the time the main stage closes at 9 in the evening, although in some cases we close at 10 pm or at 11 pm latest. For a collection of tickets that are done after this time, they are left at the reception desk. Do keep in mind that all tickets purchased are subjected to booking fees. You can also buy your tickets on this site or by calling the ticketing hotline listed down on the contact page.

Can I bring a camera inside the show? This depends on the kind of camera that you are using. If you are using the camera of your phone, then it is allowed. You are also allowed to take videos and photos as well. The standard rule in our pavilion is that anything that has over 35mm lens of video recording is prohibited from entering the place. If you do bring one with you, we will keep it in our storage with your corresponding name with it. We will return it to you once the show is over. Make sure that you bring your claim card with you. If you lose your claim card, you are to pay a fine for it. There are also times when the promoter or artist request that no cameras are allowed in the show, so we will take them as well and return it to you after the show.

Can I purchase tickets personally? The NTelos Wireless Pavilion venue office where you can purchase tickets personally is open from 9 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon from Monday until Friday. If there are events taking place, the ticketing office is extended until 9 in the evening. You can find the ticketing office right at the main entrance.

Where can a disabled person like me book tickets? All you need to do is call our special hotline for any bookings for your case and any other additional advice.

How do I know where the seats are placed? Since every performance or event that takes place in our pavilion depends on the arrangement of the promoter or artist, the seating arrangements change, too. You will see the seating arrangement at the moment you click on the button labeled ‘Buy Tickets’.

Medication is a necessity for me so I need them during the event. Am I allowed to bring them into the area? You can make certain arrangements with one of our staff if your medication needs to be taken in at a specific time of the day. You can call our special hotline to clarify things on your side so that our staff can prepare the things that you need. But generally, medications are all left at the reception upon your arrival.

Can I change my seat? You should contact the ticketing office in advance, preferably a day or two before the event. If you change your ticket on the day of the event, you can arrange that personally at the ticketing office.
